The Cryo-EM Unit at the Ilse Katz Institute for Nano-Science and Technology is hosting an Open Day for prospective users, graduate students, and principal investigators. The event is a unique opportunity to tour the facility, see the instruments in operation, and speak directly with our staff scientists about research possibilities and access procedures. The program includes: a 30-minute introduction to cryo-EM technology and its applications in structural biology; guided tours of the microscope suite, sample preparation lab, and data processing room; short talks by current users highlighting recent scientific results; and a Q&A session with unit staff. The Open Day is free of charge and open to all members of the BGU community and affiliated institutions. Light refreshments will be provided. To register and receive directions to the facility, please send an email to the unit administrator with "Open Day Registration" in the subject line. Space is limited, so early registration is encouraged.
