Registration is now open for our annual cryo-EM sample preparation workshop, scheduled for the last week of next month. This intensive one-day course is designed for graduate students, postdoctoral fellows, and senior researchers who are new to cryo-EM or looking to refine their vitrification technique.

Topics covered include: choice of support film and grid type, Vitrobot and Leica EM GP2 blotting parameter optimization, concentration and buffer considerations, cryo-transfer and storage, and live troubleshooting sessions on the instrument.

The workshop is limited to 12 participants to ensure hands-on time for everyone. Participants are encouraged to bring their own samples for the practical afternoon session. Registration can be completed via the Services & Access page. A certificate of participation will be issued upon completion.
